Created in 1932 in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the first Poilâne bakery is the heart of the family business. The delicious smells of sourdough breads, cookies and baked pastries just out of the wood-fired oven come up from the bakery and invade our small store whose red brick facade is the signature. Wood, stones, linen. Paintings by local artists on the walls, a bread chandelier that lights up the small room where the team is having lunch. Welcome to the Poilâne® universe.
