LE FOODING

In the spring, Le Fooding and its sponsors organize a series of happenings with chefs. This year, the events are trifold: a mountain, a city and a seaside event. A glass of the champagne Carte Jaune by Veuve Clicquot® will be served with an original creation by Poilâne. Le ‘Bécot Clicquot’ is a composition of two black pepper biscuits, in a shape of a kiss, held by a parmesan cream. A wink to the French pastry ‘Le Baiser.’ Val d’Isère was the 1st stop in April.
